4 medium potatoes
1/4 tsp oregano
1 tsp paprika
1\2 Tbsp. crushed chili pepper
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1\4 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. cumin
1\2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- Directions

-Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
-In a bowl, Mix oregano, paprika, crushed chili pepper, salt, sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, and cumin with oil and mix well until it becomes a consistent sauce.
-Line an oven tray with aluminum foil and spread a little oil.
-Cut the potatoes into fingers.
Dip the potatoes in the spice mixture until well covered.
-Put the potatoes in the prepared tray.
-Put it in the oven for 30 minutes, stirring from time to time, until it is cooked and browned.
Serve hot with ketchup or your favorite sauce.
