  • 3 medium onions

    2 tbsp olive oil

    5 cloves garlic

    1 cup chopped cilantro leaves

    3 cups water

    2 Esnad chicken stock cubes

    0.25 cups freshly squeezed lemon juice

    1 piece cinnamon

    500g molokhia (mallow)

  • Directions
  • -Place the onions in a preheated oven at 200°C for 45 minutes or until the onions are wilted. Then remove from the oven, peel and chop.

    -Add water, And Esnad chicken stock cubes or add a packet of Esnad chicken stock seasoning with lemon juice.

    -Then add the cooked onions and bring to a boil. Then cover and simmer for 10 minutes.

    – In a blender chops the mallow.

    -Then add cinnamon stick and mallow. Leave the ingredients on the fire for 15 to 20 minutes.

    We prepare a mallow tasha:

    – Heat olive oil in a large frying pan.

    -Add garlic and coriander and cook over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes.

    -Then put the tasha on the mallow.
