  • Ingredients
  • 1 box of lasagna

    1/2 kilo of tomatoes, peeled and cut into small cubes.

    2 tablespoons of tomato sauce.

    Salt and black pepper as needed.

    Two and a half cups of minced meat (equivalent to 500 g).

    2 medium sized onions, grated.

    3 tbsp. of corn oil.

    2 cloves of crushed garlic.

    1 teaspoon of Italian spices

    1/2 teaspoon of meat spices.

    Mozzarella Cheese, as you like.

  • Directions
  • – Fry the onions with oil in a medium-sized bowl until soft.

    -Add the garlic and stir with the onions until they soften. Then add the meat and stir well.

    -Add the chopped tomatoes and tomato sauce and stir the ingredients well. Then leave it on the fire until it is cooked.

    Add the spices, samosa spices, minced meat, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper to the meat. Then the Bolognese sauce is removed from the heat.

    -Cool the lasagna slices in boiling water for just a minute.

    Grease the tray with bolognese sauce.

    Then put the lasagna slices. Then put bolognese sauce on top.

    – Repeat the process until the lasagna slices and the amount of sauce are finished.

    – Place mozzarella cheese on top. Then roast in the oven for 30 minutes.

    – Turn on the grill inside the oven to give the surface of the lasagna a beautiful color.

    Serve lasagna with bolognese sauce with toasted garlic bread and cheese.
