  • Ingredients
  • 1 cup green beans

    1 cup peas

    1 medium potato, diced

    1 large carrot, cut into small cubes

    4 zucchini, sliced

    2 medium tomatoes, cut into medium cubes

    1 medium onion, chopped

    2 garlic cloves, minced

    1 tsp. soup spices

    1/4 tbsp black pepper

    1/4 tsp. cumin

    chicken or meat soup (it can be replaced with chicken stock)

    2 tbsp. olive oil

    a pinch of salt

  • Directions
  • -Add oil in the cooking pot  then add the chopped onion and stir until it changes color slightly.

    – Add the garlic and stir.

    -Add the diced potatoes and carrots and stir them with  the onions and garlic.

    -Add green beans, peas, tomatoes and zucchini.

    -Then, let the  mixture on medium heat for 7 minutes, stirring them every little bit.

    -Add spices, salt, pepper and cumin to the mixture, and stir them a little.

    – Add the chicken stock soup in an appropriate amount or add cube of chicken broth with water.

    -Simmer for 15 minutes until ingredients are cooked.
