  • 4 Potato: Peeled and cut into 4 cubes

    500 Gram beef: cut into cubes

    2 tbsp. vegetable oil

    salt to taste

    1 tsp. black pepper

    1 tsp. erabic spices from Esnad

    2 onions, chopped

    2 tomatoes, chopped

    1 garlic, minced

    2 tbsp. tomato paste

    1 bell pepper, chopped

    1 red bell pepper, chopped

    1.5 liters of water

  • Directions
  • -In a saucepan over medium heat, Sauté onions and garlic until wilted.

    -Then add the pieces of meat and flavor it with salt, black pepper, Arabic spices and stir until it changes color.

    -Add green and red bell peppers and tomatoes.

    -Stir the mixture for 3 minutes and then add the tomato paste and water.

    -Cover the pot and leave it for about 30 minutes until the meat is tender, then add the potato pieces and stir.

    -Cover the pot again and simmer for about 20 minutes until the mixture is cooked.
