– Prepare the yoghurt sauce: Mix yoghurt with lemon juice, tahini, garlic and salt.
We prepare meat kofta:
-Add minced meat, onion, garlic, tomatoes, bell pepper, parsley and a pinch of salt and add the spices of Sambosa and minced beef from Esnad.
-Cut the flat bread in half and stuff it with meat.
-Brush the pan with olive oil and fry it on each side.
