1 cup white all-purpose flour

1 tsp. sugar

1 tsp. instant yeast

2 tsp. salt

5 tbsp olive oil

1 1/2 warm water

2 tomatoes, cut into round slices

1 tsp. pizza seasoning

a pinch of Italian spices

1 tbsp. olive oil

2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped

8 fresh basil leaves, chopped

1 cup and a half grated mozzarella cheese

2 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese

1 tsp. Pizza Spices

salt – to taste

black pepper – to taste

To prepare the dough:

-In a mixing bowl, mix the flour, sugar, Yeast and salt.

-Add 4 tablespoons of olive oil and add water, Knead the ingredients until the dough turns into a ball.

-Grease a large bowl with a tablespoon of olive oil and put the dough inside. Cover and leave in a warm place until dough doubles, That is, for about an hour.

-Preheat oven to 200°C.

-Roll out the dough on a floured surface and make a large circle.

For the pizza filling:

-Brush the pizza dough with olive oil with a brush.

-Spread the chopped garlic evenly on top of it and then sprinkle with mozzarella.

-Drain the tomato slices evenly over the cheese to coat the pizza and sauté the tomatoes with salt, black pepper and pizza seasonings.

-Add chopped basil leaves on top.

Bake the pizza for 10-15 minutes until the cheese melts and the dough is golden.

-Take out the pizza and sprinkle the Parmesan cheese on top.
