Serving: Serves 4 people

1 chicken (chopped, washed and skinned)
2 cups basmati rice
1 tbsp Abazir Biryani rice
1 onion (chopped)
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp ginger (ground)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
Two cans of yogurt
1 tbsp turmeric
1 tsp saffron (saffron dye)
1 tbsp spices (true love spices)

-In a saucepan heat the vegetable oil and Sauté onions until wilted.

-Then, add garlic, ginger and stir.

-Add black pepper, biryani rice spices, saffron, turmeric.

-Then, add the chicken pieces, salt and stir for several minutes.

-Pour water and cover the pot until the chicken is cooked and the liquids are dry.

-Add yogurt, leave the mixture to simmer.

-In another pot, boil rice with water, salt, and whole spices.

-Add half the rice in a deep saucepan on the fire, Then add the chicken and the rest of the rice.

-Cover the biryani, Simmer until cooked.
