1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp maamoul spices and sweets
1 tbsp cinnamon
100g butter at room temperature

–Knead all the ingredients until a soft dough is formed, then we spread it and form it as we like.
–Filling: Paste dates with support spices and add cinnamon.
