  • 1 kilo of meat or chicken

    4 cups American rice

    1 medium onion

    1 tomato

    2 tbsp. rice 

    2 tbsp. salt

    1 small can sauce

    Ingredients of Koshna:

    2 onions

    1/2 cup pine nuts or almonds

    1/3 cup oil

  • Directions
  • We first prepare the kishna:

    -Chop the fine onion, put it with oil, put the pine nuts on it and stir it until it yellows in color.

    -Remove the pine nuts and then put the onion, salt, spices and sauce on low heat for 10 minutes until the onions are wilted.

    Then we prepare rice with meat or chicken:

    -Peel the onion and cut it into small cubes and roast it with oil.

    -Add spices, salt, tomatoes and meat and stir for 10 minutes.

    -Add 6 cups of water and cook over high heat until meat/chicken is cooked .

    -Put the rice and kashna, stir and leave for 15 minutes.
