  • 2 eggs

    3 tsp. oil

    1 onion, chopped

    1 clove garlic, minced

    pepper colors sliced

    1 onion and carrot

    2 cups boiled basmati rice

    1 tsp. black pepper

    1 tsp. garlic powder

    1 tsp onion powder

    pinch of salt

    2 tbsp moderate soy sauce

  • Method
  • -Brown the eggs in the oil, then put the onions and peppers colors in the pan and fry them.

    -Then add the garlic and soy sauce and sprinkle with a little salt.

    -Then boiled rice, carrots, onions and eggs are added.

    -Stir them and put garlic powder , onion powder and black pepper.
