    1 tomato

    oil or butter

    3 eggs

    pinch of salt

    A pinch of black pepper

  • Directions
  • -cut onions, peppers and tomatoes into small pieces.

    -add butter or oil to the pan, then add the onions and peppers and stir until it wilt.

    -then, add tomatoes, eggs, salt, black pepper ,duqqah and stir until ready.
