    10 garlic cloves, crushed

    1/4 tsp. white pepper

    1 tbsp. Hot & spicy

    2 tbsp. olive oil

    1/2 cup lemon juice

    1/4 teaspoon fine cilantro

    1 tsp. salt

    1 bunch chopped fresh cilantro

  • Directions
  • – Cut the wings in two, then put them in a bowl after washing them thoroughly.

    -In a bowl, add all the ingredients and mix well.

    -Then, leave for 60 minutes in the refrigerator.

    -Place the wings in an oven tray and put it in the preheated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes.
