1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 tsp cloves
1 tsp ground cardamom
1 tbsp Shawarma spices
1/3 cup (equivalent to 85 g) lemon juice
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp garlic, minced
salt to taste

-Heat the oil on the fire, then add each of: shawarma spices, salt, garlic, cloves, cinnamon, cardamom, chicken, black pepper, and stir the ingredients until they are browned.
-Decorate the shawarma with parsley, Then serve it with a loaf of bread with garlic dip.
