1 medium onion ,finely chopped
breadcrumbs
1/2 kg minced meat
salt to taste
cinnamon to taste
1/2 tbsp. seven spices from Esnad
1 Tbsp. of oil
- Directions

-ِ Add the minced meat and minced onions in a food processor with salt, black pepper, cinnamon, and the seven spices.
–Add the breadcrumbs, mix well and then put in a bowl, and mix it with your hands.
-Put the mixture in the refrigerator, and leave for about an hour.
-Then, the dough is formed into meatballs on wet wooden skewers.
-Place the skewers on the grill until fully cooked.
