  • foul mudammas 

    1 tomato

    crushed garlic

    chopped onion

    oil

    pinch of salt

    cumin

    chili

    madini duqqa from Esnad

    lemon

    tahini

    olive

  • Directions
  • -In the pot,  add the onion and oil until it changes color then add the crushed tomatoes and let it simmer.

    Put the beans in the food processor and mix it and then add it with the mixture then add the garlic, salt and cumin and leave for two minutes on low heat.

    Finely chop the corriander with pepper and add a pinch of salt.

    – On the serving dish, squeeze a lemon  with diluted tahini and add the Madini Duqqa with olive oil.
