1 cup date paste

3 tbsp butter

1/2 tbsp maamoul spices and sweets

White sauce: 1/4 cup condensed milk + 8 creamy cheese

Gelash dough

1/4 cup melted butter

-Knead dates with butter and spices.

-Mix the white mixture.

-Start spreading two layers of goulash dough, stuff it with dates and cheese, roll it and cut it in equal sizes.

-Stack it in a greased tray and pour the rest of the butter on it and enter the oven from under 180 heat for 25 minutes and then brown it from above.

-Water it with condensed milk while hot.
