We prepare the toast:
-Cut the toast into circles, then dip it in buttermilk (laban) and eggs, then with breadcrumbs and fry in oil.
Prepare the filling:
-Season the chicken with spices, olive oil, vinegar, buttermilk (laban) and lemon.
-On a hot pan, stir until dry and cooked, then put small fried potatoes and add garlic dip or mayonnaise.
-Cut the toast from the half and stuff it.
