    Broast mix regular or spicy

  •  Season the chicken:

    -Wash the chicken and cut it into eight pieces.

    -Empty 1 sachet of soaking mixture.

    -Add two tablespoons of drinking water and rub the chicken with the mixture for a minute then put it in the refrigerator for 45 minutes.

    -Empty the seasoning mixture envelope in a deep bowl and season the chicken pieces then leave it on the fridge for 15 minutes.

     

    Frying chicken:

    Heat oil over medium heat and fry chicken pieces for 12-14 minutes.

    For Air fryers: set heat at 170 degrees and fry for 14 minutes.
