  • 1 kilo of meat or chicken

    4 cups American rice

    2 onions

    1/3 cup oil

    pinch of salt

    3 tomatoes

    4 carrots

    1 cup balilah

    2 spoons of steam rice

  • Directions
  • We first prepare the chicken or meat:

    -Wash the meat or chicken and drain it from the water.

    -Cut the onion until yellow and then add the meat for 10 minutes.

    -Cut the tomatoes into very small pieces and add them with the sauce over the meat and stir for 5 minutes until the tomatoes are completely dissolved.

    Put all spices, salt and enough water in the pot and stir until the meat is almost done.

    -When the meat is close to maturity, add the carrots and balila and leave it on the fire for a quarter of an hour.
