  • Ingredients
  • 1 kilo meat or chicken 

    4 cups rice 

    2 medium onions

    2 oranges

    2 tbsp. of Kabli rice

    salt

    1\3 cup oil

    1 small can sauce (to taste)

    2 potatoes, cut into medium cubes.

  • Directions
  • We first prepare the chicken or meat:

    -Wash meat or chicken well

    -Peel the onion and cut it into thin rings

    -Put the oil and put the onion on top until it becomes transparent

    -Put the meat on top of the onion until it softens and put the sauce and stir for 5 minutes

    -Cut the orange into four parts, each part into thin slices and squeeze the other orange over it

    -Add spices over the meat and kadi water

    -Add five cups of water to the meat and leave it until cooked

    -When the meat is close to doneness, Add the potatoes and sauce and leave for 15 minutes.


    Then we prepare the rice
    :

    Boil the rice for 10 minutes and then put it on the meat, Cover the pot and simmer.
