2 kg fish (cleaner)
1 lemon juice
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp cummins
1 tbsp crushed chili
Garlic: Two cloves (chopped into slices)
1 M.S Paprika: spoon
1 tsp fish seasoning
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 potatoes (large/peeled and circled) - Directions

-Make incisions in the fish.
-Mix lemon juice with cumin, oil, chili, paprika, black pepper, fish spices and salt in a bowl.
-Spread the mixture inside and outside the fish and in the incisions.
– Refrigerate the fish for an hour.
– Preheat the oven to medium heat of 200 degrees.
-Put the potatoes on the greased oven dish and then put the fish on top.
-Cover the dish with foil and put the dish in the oven for 25 minutes to 40 minutes.
